I am amazed at how the tightness and tension in my lower back has eased

I had the foot, hand, and scalp reflexology treatment. Deborah explained how the areas on the feet, hands, and scalp correlate with specific body parts (spine, liver, heart, etc.) and how certain essential oils can also help with relaxation.
